Book an appointment

CONSULTATION:

Consultations can be booked via the website, the app "Min Læge" or by calling between 8 am and 12 pm. We provide a consultation with a doctor / the staff every weekday between 8 am and 3:15 pm and on Wednesday afternoons until 4:15 pm. It is not possible to book 2 consultations per patient on the same day. 

 

EMERGENCY:

Urgent appointments on the same day can be booked by calling the clinic between 8-11 am. In the event of an emergency consultation, you cannot expect to be seen by your regular doctor, as the appointment is assigned to the person who has a free appointment at that time.

 

E-CONSULTATION:

You are welcome to write to us - but we prefer that e-consultation is only used for simple purposes, possible cancellations or short questions, e.g. sample answers. We will respond within 2-5 business days.

 

VIDEOCONSULTATION:

It is also possible to have a video consultation with the doctor or staff. It works like an in-person appointment, just virtually, so remember to book an appointment, either digitally via the App., our website or the secretary. Through the App you must select video consultation and take a seat in the virtual waiting room.

PRESCRIPTION RENEWAL:

You can renew your prescription in several ways:

 

- Via the self-service module / or the App “Min Læge”.. 

- By telephone to the secretary every weekday between 8 am and 12 noon

- By consultation -  this applies especially for addictive medications / or in some cases ADHD medic. 

- At your annual check-up.
